International Best Practices Report on Telecommunications Regulations

Report Presented to Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The goal of this report is to identify those approaches and regulations that have proven successful in helping other countries realize their sector and economic development goals, and that could be appropriately adapted to apply to Myanmar’s specific situation.
