PPIAF Supports Private Sector Participation in Nigeria's Port Sector

In 2001, PPIAF financed a study on port sector reform strategy in Nigeria. The study recommended the implementation of a “landlord” model of port management and a series of interrelated institutional reforms, recommendations on private sector responsibility and maritime policy improvements.
