VIETNAM: Railways Sector Strengthening
A follow up to a previous PPIAF assistance (phase 1) on the railway sector restructuring carried out over from June 2015 to June 2016. The main objectives were to focus on sector assessment to assist Ministry of Transport (MOT) in developing a strategic plan, including an appropriate governance framework, for the railway sector.
