UKRAINE: Supporting Reform in the Rail Sector for Private Sector Participation

This PPIAF activity supported the Government of Ukraine and Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian State Railways) in their ongoing railway-sector reforms, highlighting the rewards and opportunities for private-sector involvement in the sector. It is also helped increase policymakers’ understanding of the value, appropriate pace and sequencing of the reforms to increase sector efficiency.
