UKRAINE: Assistance to the City of Vinnytsia to Access Commercial Lending for an Integrated Solid Waste Project

Developing an integrated solid waste management strategy to address the regulatory, financial, environmental and technical viability of the system, and thereby facilitate borrowing by the municipality. A case study on financing of solid waste management projects and procurement strategy including private sector participation was produced.
