TIMOR-LESTE: Support to Tibar Bay Port PPP Project Management Unit

The objective of this activity is to enable the Tibar Bay Port PPP project to proceed smoothly to financial close. The assistance will focus on capacity building to the Tibar Bay Project Management Unit (PMU). It includes the completion of a contract management manual and delivery of related training for the Tibar Bay PMU and other agencies.
