SENEGAL: Development of a Strategy and Business Plan for the Strategic Investment Fund of Senegal (FONSIS)

Supporting the Government of Senegal's efforts in defining an appropriate infrastructure finance system which, through FONSIS and the other entities involved in PPPs, will help the National Development Plan reach its objectives in the infrastructure sector. The activity will also help with FONSIS's institutional capacity to act as a vehicle to attract private capital.
