PAKISTAN: Non Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Program through Performance Based Contract (PBC) for Faisalabad Water and Sanitation Agency (F-WASA) - Phase II

This activity falls under PPIAF’s global PBC NRW reduction program in ten cities worldwide. This Phase II TA activity is a continuation to the Phase I grant to F-WASA for developing the PBC framework for NRW reduction that was concluded in FY16 Q4. It also falls under the approved PPIAF’s global PCN NRW reduction program under which PPIAF has initiated a global program to pursue PBCs for NRW reduction in ten cities worldwide. The goal of the program is to catalyze better practices in the marketplace on PBCs for NRW Management. Better practices will be identified in the short-term by: shorter and more cost-effective preparation of PBC transactions and an increased number of market participants (suppliers and seekers) active in the market.
