KENYA: National Housing Corporation (NHC) Creditworthiness and Bond Issuance Support

The PPIAF grant supported National Housing Corporation (NHC) in its quest to raise local currency debt finance and improve its credibility trough preparation of a financing options analysis examining available options for accessing market based finance in Kenya focusing on debt/bond options (which could be either listed or privately placed);support and advise on the process of obtaining a shadow credit rating to facilitate better understanding of NHC’s creditworthiness.
