HAITI: Capacity Building to Haiti's PPP Unit

PPIAF supported to strengthen the institutional capacity of the GoH's PPP unit, which was housed in the Ministry of Economy and Finance; thus laid the groundwork to allow for the further development of PPPs for essential infrastructure services in Haiti. It did this via two components: Component I focused on building institutional capacity in the GoH PPP unit and across relevant stakeholders; and Component II provided a "learning by doing" opportunity for the GoH on a potential PPP priority project by undertaking an early-stage PPP Viability and Options Study.
