GLOBAL: Promoting Municipal Finance Markets through Strengthening of Knowledge and Capacity Building

This activity aims to strengthen the national investment funds in Africa's least developed countries, to improve their understanding of municipal finance and their capacity to increase their creditworthiness and access to finance. This activity will provide knowledge products and capacity building services to local authorities and municipalities, to generate the technical and operational know-how to engage with credit markets to secure finance for municipal infrastructure projects.
