GLOBAL: Policy Toolkit for SME Participation in Public Private Partnerships

This activity drew on global case studies for lessons on how to promote and address challenges inhibiting SME and broader private sector participation in PPPs within the FCS context. The toolkit adopted a flexible idea of SME participation in PPPs to open the potential for SMEs to fulfill "non-traditional" roles in these contract arrangements.
