GLOBAL: Capacity Building for Leaders in Urban Transport (LUTP) III

The Leaders in Urban Transport (LUTP) program aims to build participants’ knowledge of the urban transport sector overall and increase their ability to plan efficient urban transport projects. It includes specific components on increasing private sector investment in the sector and using PPPs to implement urban transport projects.
