GHANA: Strengthening the Role of PPPs in Revenue Collection in Municipalities in Ghana
Analyzing existing best practices in revenue collection arrangements with private participation and preparing a guidance note to inform local governments' design and management of revenue collection PPPs. This activity also piloted PPP models for revenue collection in 1-2 municipalities.
