ECUADOR: Supporting the Municipality of Quito to access market based financing to Implement its Integrated Transport System (SITP)

The technical assistance consists of two main activities: “Diagnosis of Metrobus Q BRT system and analysis of restructuring alternatives” and “Diagnosis of municipal finances, four year capital investment plan, and transaction advisory services”. The first activity supports the Municipal Public Transport Company and the secretary of mobility and will be implemented under one contract. The second activity supports the general administration in Quito that will coordinate with the Metro Company (transaction structure) and the Investment Planning Secretary (Capital Investment Plan).
