CROSS REGIONAL: Municipal Pooled Financing for Developing Countries

Municipal pooled financing is deemed to: Improve access to capital markets of municipalities, enhance the ability of institutional investors to finance local infrastructure investments, and reinforce fiscal decentralization and inter municipal cooperation. This activity is a coordinated effort between IFC and PPIAF-SNTA to promote municipal pooled financing mechanisms in developing countries.
