CAPE VERDE: Structuring Corporatized Multi-Municipal Water and Sanitation Utilities (MMU)

Creating two MMUs for the provision of water and sanitation services, one each on the Islands of S. Antão and S. Nicolau. The activity will structure and assist in the transition from the current institutional arrangement to corporatized utilities that operate on a commercial basis.
