BURKINA FASO: PPP Pipeline Development and Institutional Framework Support

Provide the government of Burkina Faso with a diagnostic of its PPP enabling environment to identify gaps impeding the development of its PPP program, assist in prioritizing projects and developing a project pipeline, and support the development of two business cases as pilot PPP projects. A training program will complement this support to start building capacity of different stakeholders involved in the development and implementation of the PPP program.
